Support > Service > I can't connect to the service
- Are you using Vonage(tm)? If you are using Vonage(tm) or another budget VOIP phone company it is possible that dial tones are uncorrectly transmitted to our system, therefore restricting the access to your account. (This is a widely known issue with Vonage(tm) as described here). If this is the case, simply call our service using another phone (preferably a land line or cell phone). If you don't have access to another phone we can refund your purchase.
- Is your phone number blocked? : If you are blocking your caller ID our system will not accept your calls. Please unblock your number and call again. If you do not want or can't unblock your caller ID please contact customer support and ask for a refund.
- Monthly Limit : It is possible that you have reached your Monthly Limit. Please contact us to increase your limit
- Technical problem : If none of the reasons listed above apply to the situation, It is possible that we are experiencing temporary problems with the phone lines. Please contact us and let us know. We will do everything we can to fix the situation.
