If you are getting a message saying you have reached your Monthly Limit, this means that you have reached a billing limit on our systems, which is set for all customers as a fraud prevention measure.
You can have this limit raised by calling us to verify your address. Our customer support staff will verify if your name, address and phone number matches a fraud verification database before increasing your monthly limit. Please understand that we need to do this verification as there is lots of fraud related to 1-900 numbers.
