Why do I see "TELEPASS" on my Credit Card statement?
If you see that you have been charged for our services, this means that you or someone who has access to both your Credit Card and your phone has purchased live consultation services from us. If you do not remember having used our services please ask other people who have access to both your Credit Card and phone.
