Refund Policy
Should you be unhappy with our services, please
do the following:
- If you are on the phone with one of our
live performers, please do not argue with him/her. Simply
hang up the phone and contact our Customer Service to discuss an
arrangement.
- We do not issue refunds based on
predictions that did not happen the way our clients may have
expected they would materialize. Please remember that our
services are for entertainment use only.
- In the case where you are not satisfied
with our services, please do not purchase any new services from
us until we find an arrangement
- If you choose not to use our services
again, we will refund the unused part of your TelePASS to your
Credit Card.
However, balances lower than $3.00 are non refundable.
