Should you be unsatisfied with services provided by any advisor or entertainer, please read the following:

Refunds

  • Full Refunds can be issued if you used 3 minutes or less on the system, on accounts funded with Credit Cards only.
  • NO refunds are possible on calls to 900 numbers or calls billed on Cell Phone accounts (#numbers). (We are technically and legally unable to issue refunds on customer's phone bills.)

Advisors / Entertainers Services

Psychic Services : Psychic services should be used for entertainment purposes only. This being said, we want to keep you satisfied as a customer and welcome your comments/concerns about any advisor. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee accuracy on predictions, therefore no credits or refunds will be issued on these grounds. Advisors are independent contractors who simply use the TelePass billing system.

Chat Services : Credits / Refunds will only be issued in these cases

  • Technical problem resulting in lost minutes
  • Duplicate transactions (When customer hits the 'buy' button twce, resulting in 2 identical transactions)
  • In rare cases, credits / refunds can be issued if an entertainer has been acting unprofessionally.
