Dropped calls can happen for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Someone accidently hanged up while manipulating the phone
  • Problem with one's phone line
  • Dead or weak battery on cordless / cell phone
  • Hardware or software failure on TelePass systems.

If you were speaking with someone and were disconnected (dropped call), please call back immediately and dial the person's extension again to contionue the conversation. If you are unable to reach the person again by dialing her extension, please contact us to find an arrangement.

Please note that we are unable to issue credits for calls billed to Mobile (# numbers) or Home phones (900 numbers), as those are billed by your phone company and we do not have access to these billing systems. Therefore, no credit or refund is possible in these situations.
