If you see TELEPASS or TELEPASS.CC transactions on your credit card statement, this means that you have used phone consulting services billed by TelePass Ltd.. (psychic lines, chat lines, professional advice lines).

If you do not remember having used such services in the recent past, please do the following:

  1. Check your email box for any emails with this title : "Your TelePASS(TM) Purchase" Our system sends email reciepts every time someone buys with his credit card. Emails are send immediately after the transaction take place so you should look for messages recieved around the transaction date on your credit card statement Please verify your spam box, as it may have been stuck there.
  2. If you do not find the message and still do not remember having called services such as psychic lines or chat lines, please ask any family member, relative or friend who has access to your credit card and personal information. You may also call us at this point to ask the email address which was used to buy the service.
  3. IMPORTANT : Please call us before doing anything else so we can investigate the case and make appropriate corrections or credits. Please note that we keep information on every call including:
  • Caller ID of the phone used to call our services,
  • IP address of the computer used to purchase with the credit card

When credit cards are being used to defraud cardholders or ourselves (the merchant) we do release all relevant info to issuing bank, authorities and refer the case to a debt collection bureau in otder to collect all due amounts plus interest. TelePass does follow up on each fraudulent chargeback case.
